# Tài khoản Trưởng Phòng

**Chức năng trong Quản lý nhân sự:**

Đăng nhập bằng tài khoản Trưởng phòng : **Chỉ nhìn thấy nhân viên, thông tin dự án trong phòng được bổ nhiệm** màn hình sẽ hiển thị như sau:

Trên thanh menu click “Quản trị nhân sự” -> chọn “ Danh sách nhân sự, màn hình hiển thị như sau:

**Thanh tìm kiếm:** Người dùng có thể tìm kiếm riêng biệt từng mục

\- Id: Nhập ID trên 1 tài khoản nhân viên -> click seach

\- Tên/sdt: Nhập 1 chữ cái hoặc full tên

\- Trạng thái/ công ty / phòng ban : chọn text hiển thị hoặc nhập tìm kiếm

\- Chọn công ty trước, sau đó chọn phòng ban

**Xuất File nhân sự**

Bước 1: Click “ Xuất file”

download file xuống thiết bị:

mở file -> màn hình sẽ hiển thị như sau:

Chú ý: chọn công ty trên thanh tìm kiếm để xuất file trong công ty

**Các chức năng chính:**

#### **1.Duyệt vị trí** <a href="#id-1.duyet-vi-tri" id="id-1.duyet-vi-tri"></a>

Bước 2: Click **Duyệt vị trí** màn hình hiển thị như sau:

\- Tên công ty: Click “ X” xóa tên công ty, click chuột tại ô -> chọn 1 hoặc nhiều công ty

\- Phòng ban: click chuột tại ô -> chọn 1 hoặc nhiều công ty

\- Vị trí: Click “ X” xóa tên công ty, click chuột tại ô -> chọn 1 hoặc nhiều công ty

Bước 3: click “Duyệt vị trí “ thông tin đã được lưu lại.

#### **2. Gửi lại mật khẩu :** <a href="#id-2.-gui-lai-mat-khau" id="id-2.-gui-lai-mat-khau"></a>

Hiển thị thông báo:

mật khẩu mới sẽ được gửi vào email đã đăng ký tài khoản. Trạng thái tài khoản trở lại trạng thái ban đầu từ: Đã duyệt -> Chờ duyệt

Bước 2. Truy cập vào email đã đăng ký trên hệ thống để lấy lại mật khẩu

#### **3.** **Xem nhanh thông tin thành viên** <a href="#id-3.-xem-nhanh-thong-tin-thanh-vien" id="id-3.-xem-nhanh-thong-tin-thanh-vien"></a>

Thông tin đã được lưu lại và chuyển trạng thái từ chờ duyệt -> đã duyệt

#### **4. Phân quyền tài khoản** <a href="#id-4.-phan-quyen-tai-khoan" id="id-4.-phan-quyen-tai-khoan"></a>

\- Với Tài khoản đã được bổ nhiệm vị trí, đã duyệt màn hình sẽ hiện thị như sau:

Bước 2: Chọn Quyền -> Click “Duyệt” thông tin đã được lưu lại mà hiển thị trên thông tin tài khoản tại danh sách nhân sự:

\- Với tài khoản đã duyệt, chưa được bổ nhiệm vị trí, màn hình sẽ hiển thị như sau:

Phải Duyệt vị trí trước khi phân bổ nhân viên Quyền cho tài khoản

#### 5. **Báo cáo doanh thu** <a href="#id-5.-bao-cao-doanh-thu" id="id-5.-bao-cao-doanh-thu"></a>

Bước 2: Tại "Từ ngày/ Đến ngày" nhập hoặc chọn từ lịch -> tìm kiếm, hệ thống sẽ hiển thị số liệu:

* Số lượng giao dịch: Tổng giao dịch đã đặt cọc thành công
* Tổng doanh thu: Tổng doanh thu từ danh sách đặt cọc thành công (dự án đặt cọc ở trạng thái: đã thanh toán)
* Thời gian online: Tổng số giờ tài khoản online trên hệ thống

Bước 3: Tại Tổng tiền hàng theo từng tháng -> Di chuột vào cột dữ liệu màu xanh -> Hiển thị popup tổng tiền " Doanh thu theo tháng". Đơn vị tính: 1000000 tỷ

Bước 4: Tại tổng đặt cọc theo tháng
