# 2.4.1 Kho hàng phân phối

Đăng nhập bằng tài khoản: **Giám đốc, trưởng phòng, nhân viên** ( có quyền đăng, duyệt dự án) màn hình sẽ hiển thị như sau:

Bước 1: Click “Thêm mới dự án”

Bước 2: Nhập đầy đủ, đúng thông tin tại các ô

\- Tên dự án/ Loại dự án: bắt buộc

\- Tỉnh thành/ Quận huyện: bắt buộc ( Chọn tỉnh thành trước quận huyện sau)

\- Xã phường/Địa chỉ chi tiết: bắt buộc

\- Diện tích nhỏ nhất (m2): là tổng diện tích của căn hộ nhỏ nhất trong dự án

\- Tổng giá:

\+ Triệu/căn. Ví dụ: 400.000.000 = 400

\+ Tỷ/căn .Ví dụ: 4.600.000.000 = 4.6

\- Giá/m2: khi nhập diện tích và tổng giá hệ thống sẽ hiển thị

\- Mô tả: không bắt buộc

\- Tên đơn vị triển khai: bắt buộc

\- Ho ten/ Email: có thể thay đổi

\- Điện thoại liên hệ: bắt buộc

\- Thêm liên hê: không bắt buộc

Bước 3: click “Tiếp tục” màn hình hiển thị như sau:

Bước 4: Nhập đúng, đủ thông tin tại các trường nhập. Chú ý: *Tên file không được giống nhau*

\- Chọn 1 hoặc nhiều file trên 1 lần upload

\- Upload file theo đúng định dạng ghi trên ô upload file, ví dụ: Ảnh bất động sản: File ảnh max ( lớn nhất 4MB/1 ảnh)

\- Chỉ upload các file ảnh có đuổi: JPG, JEPG,PNG

\- Bảng hàng: link bảng hàng ( Link google driver)

ví dụ: *<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16UmWC5DdTceTy1oVmXeIFonRXiE\\_wTqaZ\\_-yrCbfoIs/edit#gid=453248417>*

Bước 5: Click “Gửi yêu cầu phê duyệt” thông tin đã được lưu lại. hiển thị trên danh sách Kho Hàng Dự Án:
